John has been dealing with the sale of our current house and purchase of our new property. John has been absolutely fantastic from start to finish and a real pleasure to work with. He’s been attentive, clear, understanding and resourceful – all things we’ve found very useful and attributes I believe are key when selling and buying houses, a stressful time for many!
We found the house of our dreams only 4 weeks ago and were under a huge amount of pressure from our buyers to be out on 14th June (despite having only just offered on our new house). Something that was causing me much worry as we have a 6 month old baby. However, John was very understanding and helpful and worked hard to make sure we didn’t have to rent or move twice!
I’ve sent numerous emails to John and he’s been very timely on emails, and has explained things in a very easy to understand manner.
Overall, my service with John has been brilliant and I would recommend him to all family and friends. I’d like to thank John and the team for all your hard work on our sale and purchase. We are very happy to be in our new home.
