Congratulations to Laura from Trainee to Newly Qualified Solicitor
Following successful completion of her Training Contract newly qualified solicitor, Laura Diggins, has been offered a permanent position with the Personal Injury department of leading Liverpool law firm Paul Crowley & Co.
Laura initially studied at Liverpool John Moores University where she graduated with a 2:1 in Law before completing her Legal Practice Course at The College of Law, Manchester. She then gained some paralegal experience before applying for a paralegal position in Paul Crowley & Co.

After working as a Paralegal at Paul Crowley & Co for 6 months Laura was delighted when she was offered the opportunity to commence a Training Contract back in November 2016 and she says that Paul Crowley & Co had been her preferred choice of legal firm as she was aware of their excellent reputation for training and thought it would be the ideal company to gain practical experience and learn from the firms highly experienced solicitors.

The law firm which operates out of two offices has an excellent track record for staff training, offering trainee solicitors the prospect for real career development through a comprehensive structured training programme.

Looking forward to the challenge
Working as part of a team within the personal injury department Laura is looking forward to the challenge of her role as a newly qualified solicitor. Laura’s responsibilities will include working on a mixed bag of cases including road traffic accidents, accidents at work and slips, trips and falls. Laura says the best part of her job is advising clients and helping them to achieve a successful outcome and receive the compensation they deserve.
