Up to One hour advice and a written confirmation of that advice.

Up to One hour advice, correspondence to the Respondent solicitor and a referral to mediation, if necessary.

After the work has been complete under a fixed fee, we would then continue to carry out work if required, on an hourly rate basis. Each Solicitor has a different hourly rate and this will be discussed with you at the initial appointment.
In specific circumstances we will assist with Child Maintenance, however, please visit Child Maintenance Service for further information.
Certainly, our Solicitors are able to advocate on your behalf at court, however, there may be the need to instruct a Barrister in certain cases. This is all dependent upon your circumstances.
Usually around 6-9 months, however, this can vary if the matter is contested or if there is a financial element to your divorce.
Yes, you will be eligible for a Divorce if you haven’t been married for two years. However, you must be married for more than 12 months and meet the necessary grounds and reasons for divorce.

Currently we do not offer mediation, however, we are able to assist in making a referral for you to a qualified mediator.
Legal Aid is still available in Exceptional Circumstances where evidence of domestic violence/child abuse is not readily available.
